We want you to be completely enchanted by your Fable England purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is preserved to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack your items in their original Fable England gift box and outer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
